Meet the Team
at Off Grid Adventure
We are more than a business: we are a community of likeminded people encouraging an outdoor lifestyle. Our management team work in unison to help "Unplug and Unleash the adventurer in you!"

Operations Manager
Mike Radcliffe
Mike is the heart and hands behind Off Grid Adventure Park—the guy who can fix anything, build everything, and figure out solutions you didn't even know were possible. From construction to creative problem-solving, he's the force that brings our adventure park to life.
A true adventurer at heart, Mike has woven his passions into every corner of OGA. The ninja warrior course, zip line, and indoor and outdoor rock climbing walls? Those are all Mike's creations, designed to challenge and inspire visitors of all ages.
What makes Mike truly remarkable is his diverse background. He's lived a dozen lives—from engineering to truck driving and everything in between—giving him an incredible range of skills and experiences. Whether he's tackling a technical challenge or dreaming up the next exciting addition to the park, Mike brings creativity, expertise, and an unstoppable can-do attitude to everything he does.

Owner and Business Administrator
Salma Burney
With over 20 years of experience running her own Virtual Assistant and Virtual Producer company, Salma knows what it takes to turn vision into reality. But her true passion? Getting outside and embracing all that Mother Nature has to offer.
As an active 50+ community member, Salma recognized a need for connection and created the Anagance Senior Citizens Group, bringing neighbours together for friendship, learning, and fun. She's proud to serve as Secretary of the Anagance Public Hall Association, ensuring this vital community hub continues to thrive.
Salma's commitment to outdoor recreation and community extends beyond Anagance. She sits on the Board of the NB Campground Owners Association (NBCOA) and is a new Board member of Tourism Industry Association of New Brunswick (TIANB), working to promote and enhance outdoor experiences across the province.

Barn Manager
Rubin Manning
With nearly 40 years of experience with horses, from pleasure riding to cattle penning, Rubin brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge to everything he does. He spent approximately 30 years assisting in the management of a dairy farm in the Sussex area, gaining deep experience working with horses, cattle, and a wide range of farm equipment.
A familiar and trusted face in the local equestrian community, Rubin contributed his skills in 2025, supporting maintenance operations at the PLP building in Sussex during their horse shows.
