Welcome to our Horse Park!

The only horse park/campground in Canada to offer full board + camping with 12 km of private trails connecting with crown land trails.
We are 20 minutes from Sussex, 30 minutes from Moncton, 1 hour from Saint John, and 1.5 hours from Fredericton.

Our Horse Park includes:

• 60 x 80 indoor (100' on the diagonal) riding arena

• 100 x 200 outdoor riding arena with obstacles

• One 40 ft round pen with optional shelter and hay feeder

• Two 3-acre pastures with hay and water

• Two 2-acre pastures with hay and water

• One 1-acre pasture with hay and water

• Two 1/2 acre paddocks with hay and water

• Two 1/4 acre paddocks off the parking lot for holding or camping

• Free access to hay

• Solar electric fencing

• Cedar post and rail in paddocks, arena and round pen

• Balcony for better viewing or judging

• 12 km of private groomed trail for foot traffic only (wheeled carts welcome)

• Access to Crown land

• Connection to the Petitcodiac ATV trail system

• Drive-thru trailer parking

What makes us unique:​

• HYBRID BOARD: horses are outside enjoying natural pastures whenever possible & only stalled when it's too hot/cold/wet (and 'iffy' winter nights) or unless you specify otherwise.

• Optional full gates or our unique feed gates.

• CAMPGROUND ON SITE:  Stay with your horse overnight! Or invite a friend to enjoy with you!

• Trails for cart horses

• ½ acre dry lot paddock for minis

• (3) 25 x 40 dog pens for your dog to rest & play while you ride

• a specialized obstacle trail through the forest!

• All riders require NBEA / EQ insurance & must sign a liability waiver.

• Up-to-date vaccinations are required for boarding horses.

 

*BOARDING HORSES MUST BE TIED TO A VET & KEPT IN GOOD CONDITION*

         

We will encourage safe ATV use and offer controlled opportunities to develop a trail-safe horse; however, there are no ATVs allowed on our private trails.

Haul-in camp & ride guests are not required to vaccinate their horses if they're not coming up to the facility.
