We are the only private horse park east of Ontario; and the only horse park in Canada to offer full board + camping with 12 kms of private trails connecting with crown land trails. Our 60-acre Recreational Horse Park is located at 16 Mill Road, Anagance, NB  (5 seconds off the hwy near Petitcodiac): 25 minutes from either Sussex or Moncton.

Our new Horse Park includes:

• 60 x 80 indoor (100' on the diagonal) riding arena

• 100 x 200 outdoor riding arena with obstacles

• One 40 ft round pen with optional shelter and hay feeder

• Two 3-acre pastures with hay and water

• Two 2-acre pastures with hay and water

• One 1-acre pasture with hay and water

• Two 1/2 acre paddocks with hay and water

• Two 1/4 acre paddocks off the parking lot for holding or camping

• free access to hay (we have a dedicated local grower!)

• electric fence in pasture powered by solar

• cedar post and rail in paddocks, arena and round pen

• Balcony for better viewing or judging

• 12 km of private groomed trail for foot traffic only (wheeled carts welcome)

• we back onto Crown land

• connection to the local ATV trail system

• drive-thru trailer parking

What we are doing differently:​

• HYBRID BOARD: horses are outside enjoying natural pastures whenever possible & only stalled when it's too hot/cold/wet (and 'iffy' winter nights) or unless you specify otherwise.

• Optional full gates or our unique feed gates for eating in the aisle.

• A loft above your horse stall for sleepovers.

• CAMPGROUND ON SITE:  stay with your horse overnight! Or invite a friend to play by them bringin in their horse and enjoying the facility with you!

The expansion of Off Grid Adventure is focused on recreational riders who want to have fun, learn practical skills, and experience life with their own horses outside the showpen.

• Everyone requires NBEA / EQ insurance & must sign a liability waiver.

• Up-to-date vaccinations are required for boarding horses

 

*BOARDING HORSES MUST BE TIED TO A VET & KEPT IN GOOD CONDITION*

         

We will encourage safe ATV use and offer controlled opportunities to develop a trail-safe horse; however, there are no ATVs on our private trails, ensuring you only engage when you choose to.

 

Haul-in camp & ride guests are not required to vaccinate their horses if they're not coming up to the facility.
